You can add an electronic signature to a submitted evaluation.

  1. On the navigation bar, click Evaluations > View evaluations.

  2. Search for the submitted evaluation you want to add a signature to, and click View.

    Note: Submitted evaluations are identified by   in the Submitted column. If you don't see the Submitted column, check your settings. For more information, see Customize the View Evaluations Page.


  3. In the Remarks & Signatures panel, click Sign this evaluation.

    Your name, the date, and the time you signed are added to the evaluation.
