You can send an e-mail to a user with instructions on how to reset their password.

  1. On the navigation bar, click Accounts > View all accounts.

  2. Search for the user whose password you want to reset, and click Edit.

  3. At the bottom of the Edit Account page, click Reset Password, and then click OK.

    The user receives an e-mail with instructions on how to reset their password.
