To view a list of recently created events, follow these steps:

  1. On the right side of the toolbar, click   to display the Dashboard.
  2. Click Event Manager.
    The Events page opens, displaying either the Event Calendar or a list of recently created events.
  3. If not already displayed, click Recently Created Events.

Viewing and Filtering Options

Click the calendar, event type, and/or category to filter on.

Note: The event types drop-down list only appears when event types have been created.

Create an event.

Type the name of an event you want to search for.

Switch between the Event Calendar and a list of recently created events.

Select the check boxes for the events you want to delete, or click All to select all events, and then click Delete checked.

View the names and dates of events.

View the calendars the event is assigned to.

View the event type (if assigned).

View the categories the event is assigned to.

View the source of events coming from external calendars (such as PlusPortals, Google, or Outlook 365).
