By adding a class memo to a specific class section, you can describe what was covered by the class for a given marking period, or you may add any other significant remarks. When generating progress reports, you can include the memo in the report.
To enter a class memo, do the following:
- Click Reports > Enter Class Memo on the side navigation menu.
In the Class Memo dialog box, type or paste a memo into the editor, and then format it using the editor tools.
- Optional: Click to print the class memo.
At the top of the Class Memo dialog box, click Save.
The Class Memo dialog box closes.
