Access Page Permissions

Page Permissions settings, located in The Page Settings Menu, give you control over how users can interact with a page. For your RediSite, permissions rely on the User Groups that you assign when you Add a User.

To access a page's permissions settings, do either of the following:

Access Page Permissions from Edit Mode

  1. Navigate to the page you want to assign permissions to, and then, on the toolbar, click The Edit Mode Icon to enter edit mode.
  2. On the toolbar, click The Page Settings Menu Icon to open the page settings menu, and then click Permissions.

Access Page Permissions from the Sitemap

  1. On the right side of the toolbar, click The Dashboard Button.
  2. In the Dashboard, click Sitemap.

    The Full Sitemap page opens.

  3. To access a page's permissions, click the page name, and then click Permissions.

You can browse through subdirectories by clicking + to open them and ˗ to close them. To view and navigate to system pages, you first need to include them in the sitemap. On the right side of the Full Sitemap page header, click Options, and then select Include System Pages in Sitemap.
