You can edit settings for files posted to a Class page from the Overview tab or the Resources tab. You can edit the file description, save the file to a different folder, apply the new file settings to additional classes, and send an email alert to students and/or parents.
To edit file settings, follow these steps:
On the Home page, click the class that contains the file you want to edit.
On the Overview tab, and scroll down to the Files panel.
On the Section menu, click the Resources tab, and then locate the Files panel.
For more information, see Section Menu. If you don't see the Resources tab, your PlusPortals administrator has disabled the feature.
In the Files panel drop-down list, click the folder that contains the file.You can filter results by clicking , or change the order of items displayed in a column by clicking the column heading. On the Resources tab Links panel, you can also customize the number of items displayed on the page by clicking an option in the Files per page drop-down list. Use the arrows to navigate between pages.
Click next to the file and edit the settings in the Edit Class File dialog box.
Click Save, and then click OK.
