Delete a Message

To delete a message, follow these steps:

  1. On the Master menu, click the E-Mail & Messages tab or the Messages tab.
  2. If not already displayed, click the Messages tab.

    You can filter results by clicking the Filter icon, change the order of items displayed in a column by clicking the column heading, or customize the number of items displayed on the page by clicking an option in the Messages Per Page drop-down list. Use the arrows to navigate between pages.

  3. Click Delete next to the message you want to delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion, and then click OK.
