Edit a Calendar Event

You can edit calendar events that you create using the following steps:

  1. On the Master menu, click the Calendar tab.

  2. In the calendar, navigate to the event you want to edit and double-click the event.

    Click Manage Events, select the check box for the event you want to edit, and click the Edit icon.

    If the event has multiple occurrences, you are prompted to confirm whether you want to edit the selected occurrence or all occurrences in the series.

  3. Edit the settings in the Event dialog box as needed, click Save, and then click OK.
  4. For details on Event dialog box settings, see Create a Calendar Event.

    You can change the date for an event by clicking the event and dragging it to another location on the calendar.

  5. Click Show Events to return to the calendar.
