You can decide which, if any, schedule rotations you show to parents, students, and teachers by following these steps:
On the navigation bar, click Permissions.
The Summary tab opens.
- Scroll down to Student/Teacher Schedule.
- Select Show rotations to Parents, Students and Teachers to make schedule rotations visible.
- Select the rotations you want parents, students, and teachers to see.
- At the bottom of the Summary tab, click Save Settings.
Click Edit to change the rotation's display name.
