Contact Tracing Reports

Despite preventative measures, schools that partially or fully re-open may have a student who is exhibiting symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19. In AdminPlus, you can run reports to identify students who share a bus, homeroom, and classes with the student and to access their parent/guardian contact information.


Data Base Plus Reports

The Data Base module provides basic reports to help you track who a student has interacted with on the bus and in homeroom. These reports can provide demographic information and parent/guardian e-mail addresses and phone numbers for students at risk of exposure to COVID-19 or another illness.

Basic Homeroom Report

The Data Base module's Homeroom Report allows you to generate a report of students with the same homeroom. You can include demographic and contact data in the report.

Basic Bus Report

The Data Base module's Bus Report allows you to generate a report of students on the same bus. You can include demographic and contact data in the report.

Scheduling Plus Reports

The Scheduling module provides basic reports to help you track who a student has interacted with in their classes.

Basic Class Roster Reports

The Scheduling module's Class Roster Reports allow you to access a student's schedule and print the roster for each class.

Excel Wizard Contact Tracing Reports

Using the Excel Wizard, you can generate reports that combine the information provided by the basic Data Base Plus and Scheduling Plus reports.

Combined Homeroom and Bus Report

The Excel Wizard's Combined Homeroom and Bus Report merges the functionality of the Basic Homeroom Report and the Basic Bus Report. In the Excel workbook you generate, you can filter by homeroom and bus number to view the parent/guardian e-mail addresses and phone numbers for students at risk of exposure to COVID-19 or another illness.

Combined Homeroom, Bus, and Roster Report

The Combined Homeroom, Bus, and Roster Report merges the functionality of the Data Base Plus Reports and the Scheduling Plus Reports. In the Excel workbook you generate, you can filter by course and section (as well as a number of other scheduling fields), homeroom number, and bus number. This allows you to track who a student interacted with on their bus, in their homeroom, and in their classes throughout the day and provides you with parent/guardian e-mail addresses and phone numbers for students at risk of exposure to COVID-19 or another illness.
