You can filter the data on any of the tabs on the Prospect List page. You can then save your filtered data to a view or create a new view with the filtered data. For information about views, see Views.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Prospect List.
  2. Click the tab with the data you want to filter.
  3. In the Current View drop-down list, select the view with the data you want to filter.
  4. In the header of the column you want to filter, click .
  5. Do any of the following:
    1. Select the Select All check box.
    2. Select the check boxes of the data you want to filter.
    3. In the search bar, type the text you want to search for, and select the check boxes for the data you want to filter.
  6. Click Filter.
  7. If you want to save your filters, in the View Options drop-down list, do one of the following:
    • To save your filters to the current view, click Save.
    • To create a new view with your filters, click Save As. In the Save View As dialog box, type a name for the view, and then click Save.
